In patients with hypersensitivity to torasemide, sulfonylureas, spironolactone, or any other ingredient of the product, Spironolactone+Torasemide should not be used. Patients with anuria, acute renal insufficiency, hepatic coma and pre-coma, low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, aminoglycoside and cephalosporin users, patients with kidney damage caused by drugs, patients with high potassium levels (hyperkalemia), Addison's disease, and children with moderate to severe renal impairment should also avoid this medicine.
